As part of the implementation of Lean manufacturing elements, for six months, employees, together with the Department of organizational Development, developed a "Process Map". The "Process Map" records the order of starting the mill, the order of arrangement of passages, parameters for installation and control of the technological process. There are also technological schemes for both waffle flour and premium flour. These blocks affect obtaining the necessary quality of the finished product. The most voluminous material on the stand is the technological maps of the grain cleaning and grinding departments. These methodological materials contain descriptions of the production equipment, its purpose, necessary parameters, as well as possible deviations and actions to prevent them.
This kind of visualization of the material helps employees to quickly build and coordinate production processes. A clear understanding is being built of what we want to get at the exit and how we can achieve it, as well as what corrective actions we need to take in case of rejection.
